The bill_to field, already available for FedEx, now works for DHL shipments.
You can bill transport charges and/or duties and taxes to a recipient or third-party DHL account, instead of your own.
Applies to POST /shipments for DHL: set bill_to.shipping_charges and/or bill_to.duties with a party (RECIPIENT or THIRD_PARTY) and the account number.
