After creating an international shipping label with DHL, you can now upload additional customs documents directly from the Shipments page using the Upload button. Supported document types are: Customs Declaration, Pro Forma Invoice, Certificate of Origin, and Commercial Invoice.
Note that the Upload button can be used only after 10 minutes from label creation — this is a DHL's specification. If you try sooner, a message will remind you to wait.
This feature requires DHL Paperless Trade (PLT) to be enabled. To enable PLT, make sure your signature image and logo image files are set up in your Ship&co settings.
This feature was already available for FedEx and is now extended to DHL.
