FedEx shipments to Brazil were failing when the recipient provided a CPF (personal tax ID, 11 digits) instead of a CNPJ (business tax ID, 14 digits). Ship&co now automatically detects the correct tax ID type based on the number provided, so both CPF and CNPJ are handled correctly without any changes needed on your side.
Shipments to all other countries are not affected.
