We’ve added automatic creation of the Customs Power of Attorney (Export) document for Japan Post International shipments.
When it triggers: generated when the shipment’s declared/insured value exceeds ¥200,000 (strictly > ¥200,000).
Ship&co App: open the shipment, use the Print dropdown, and download Customs Power of Attorney alongside the label.
API: the shipment response now includes a PDF URL for the customs power of attorney in addition to label/invoice links.
