Ship&co now supports a new FedEx integration that improves system stability and label processing.
To use this new version, all FedEx users (App & API) are required to delete their current FedEx account in Ship&co and re-add it using the new FedEx setup.
The previous FedEx integration will remain available for a limited time (around 1 month), but we recommend switching as soon as possible to avoid any service disruption.
In the carrier settings screen, both “FedEx (Old)” and “FedEx (New)” are shown. Once you register with the new version, the old one will be disabled automatically.
