Ship&co has moved to a fair, usage-based pricing model. Instead of selecting a fixed monthly plan, you are billed based on two components: a Per Label Fee and an Infrastructure Fee — so your bill adapts to your actual shipping volume each month ("Price varies with usage").
The free trial period has been extended from 14 to 30 days. Accounts that were already in a free trial as of November 20, 2025 had their trial automatically extended to 30 days from that date.
A new Ship&co Billing Portal is now available, where you can manage your current subscription, view your invoice history, update your payment method, and edit your billing information (Company name, address, Tax ID) under "Billing information".
