Some Orange Connex parcel presets — including FedEx Large Box, FedEx Reusable Large Pak, and all DHL presets — were showing "No rates available" and blocking label creation, even though Orange Connex's system accepts them.
These presets now show "N/A" for the rate instead of an error, and you can proceed to create a label as normal. The estimated shipping cost returned by Orange Connex at the time of label issuance will be displayed on the "Shipments" screen.
