When a Shopify order was partially shipped in Ship&co, editing it in Shopify (note, tag, address, etc.) could make it reappear in the order list with the already-shipped items selectable again.
Ship&co now keeps already-shipped items locked after Shopify order edits, so shipping progress is preserved.
