Shopify: Scheduled Fulfillment Based on Shipment Date

Ship&co now offers a Scheduled Fulfillment option for Shopify stores. Instead of marking an order as fulfilled immediately when a label is created, Ship&co waits and automatically fulfills the order on Shopify on the actual shipment date — so your customer receives their shipping confirmation email at the right time.

This is especially useful if you print labels the day before shipping. The order will only show as "Fulfilled" on Shopify — and your customer will only be notified — on the day you actually ship.

This feature applies to Japan domestic shipments only (Yamato, Sagawa, Japan Post domestic, Seino, etc.). International shipments are not affected.

Enable it from your Shopify store sync settings: Enable Scheduled Fulfillment based on the shipping date.
