Zonos services that aren’t available for a parcel — because it’s over the service’s weight limit, or the service isn’t offered to that destination — were still listed with an N/A price. Selecting one failed at label creation with an unclear error.
These services are now left out of the rates list, so you only see what you can actually use.
If no Zonos service is available for the parcel, the reasons are shown alongside the other carriers’ rates.
